Erin Johnson

What made this artist you are asking?
The plains, mountains and ocean of Western Canada
Their sweet, tough nature filled her soul until she had to share it with others
The spirits told her to try many things
Teachers, friends and family reminded her to play

As of now, Erin can be found working in the city of Vancouver as a community artist and screen printer. She organizes and facilitates workshops for children and families, sometimes known as Tiny School of Art, welcoming all ages to explore creativity and participate in group projects. Her favorite pastimes are collage, assemblage, painting, drawing, styling, reading, dancing, biking or getting from point a to b. She has an endless supply of inspiration but the most persistent could be colour, nature, history, human relations and magic. If you want to get to know Erin, the best thing to do is share a laugh.
